Agreement for Brashan Chemistry Tuition? This is our tuition safeguarding and membership agreement. The parent first declares their intention for their child to enroll at Brashan Chemistry. Both the parent and the student then read and sign this agreement.

Health Attestation for Students

The student can fully engage in additional learning without undue risk, as the parent or student attests.

Expenses for tuition and membership

The Member agrees to pay the specified fees. This must be paid to Brashan Chemistry via debit or credit card transaction before the start of tuition or at a scheduled time.

The student has the following rights as a result of paying tuition to participate in the specified program:

Each week, live tuition classes at levels 1 (Standard) and 2 (Premium) are offered.
Instructional guidelines and assistance for learning Chemistry for 12 weeks (Standard) or (Premium).
Mindset, guidance, and assistance for students
There is a private Facebook group for the program.
The full tuition fee includes access to all recorded and replayed classes for the duration of the course.
Comprehensive course materials and handouts are provided for every weekly lesson.

Parent and Student Commitment

To commit to the duration of the program, the student must fulfill the following conditions:

Respect should be shown for everyone else in the classroom and community, including their parents.
Weekly homework assignments are due on the days and at the times specified.
Participants are required to attend live Zoom or Google Meet classes each week.

The payment of fees

No student will be allowed to attend without properly completing payment and/or any tuition fee arrangement. All fees are non-refundable.

Availability of academic resources

As long as all fees are current, the student is given access to the Brashan Chemistry live tuition classes via Zoom or Google. There is also the online Facebook community, where class replays and course materials are available for additional learning.

Suspension or Pauses

There is no provision for pausing or extending this tuition membership due to absences or holidays. Students are expected to continue their education or watch class replays through our online community, if absent.

Indemnification

This document serves as a liability release, by which the parent and student release and hold harmless Brashan Chemistry from all liability.

Rules of the Course and Participation

While participating in Brashan Chemistry classes and activities, the parent and student hereby agree to adhere to all stated safety policies and rules.

To ensure that only students and parents have access, course materials and recordings will only be made available in the learning portal or private Facebook group for students.
The private Facebook community will only be accessible to parents and students.

Additionally, the parent and child agree to behave in a way that is appropriate for taking the course with other students. They will not harm or mistreat the parents or other students while taking the course or paying the tuition.

As mentioned above, class recordings will be uploaded into the private tuition learning environment after live tuition classes are delivered. This gives students the chance to watch and/or revisit learning sessions. Both the student and the parent acknowledge that they will benefit from these class replays throughout the course.

As these class recordings are exclusively for students within the tuition course, any violation of this or sharing would be deemed a breach of trust. Brashan Chemistry reserves the right to revoke the students’ or parents’ access if these terms are violated.

Termination of Membership

You can cancel your tuition membership by sending an email with a written notice to admin@brashanchemistry.com. The notice period is one calendar month. The amount due in lieu of notice is a month’s cancellation fee.

Waiver

The parent or student shall not, be obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice, or guidance given by Brashan Chemistry as part of the course. If and to the extent that they do so, they must understand it is for the students’ benefit. The content has been developed to ensure the student has the necessary instruction and guidance to achieve their desired result.

By signing this agreement, the client unconditionally and irrevocably waives any claims it might have against Brashan Chemistry. There is no promise that enrolling in the program will result in the desired outcomes being realized. It is the responsibility of the student to make excellent use of the knowledge taught in class. Brashan Chemistry has no control over how student uses this knowledge to raise their grades or how they interpret it.

Governing Law

The student or parent and Brashan Chemistry will regard this enrolment contract as legally binding. They will uphold and enforce it in accordance with UK law. The Maidstone, Kent, courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any litigation arising relating to this tutoring membership agreement.
